The challenge
Health interfaces ask people to make serious decisions in language they have never met before. This self-initiated concept tests whether plainer wording and a calmer hierarchy make that easier.
Our approach
The experience answers three questions in order: what do I need, where do I find it, and what happens next. A restrained visual system keeps appointments, navigation and next steps easy to scan.
