We cut the first version down to one workflow, build the accounts, the billing and the admin around that, and leave the rest written down rather than half-built. You get the repository, the deploy notes and a year of support.

Secure by architecture

Security is designed in, not scanned in at the end. We model the threats, keep the attack surface small, pin libraries and keep them patched, then audit before launch and re-audit through the included support year.

Performance by default

Static where it works, server where it has to be. No tracker tax and no JavaScript nobody uses. We aim for low latency, a fast first meaningful render, and Core Web Vitals in the green.

Launch infrastructure, modern or yours

Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Fly.io, Hetzner, a VPS or your own cloud, whichever fits best. Bring your own infrastructure and we deploy there. Documented end to end, so the setup stays yours.

Can you start with an MVP?

Yes, and it should stay small. An MVP exists to test one idea, not to match every feature your competitors have shipped. We agree the essential workflow and, just as importantly, what is explicitly out of scope.

What happens after launch?

We document the system, hand over the accounts, and agree who runs it day to day. Further work is quoted separately against real priorities rather than assumed as part of the original build.
